Responsibilities Bring a commercial practical view to managing contract risk.
Develop and deliver workshops, coaching construction and project management teams to read contracts through a commercial lens and build proactive risk management capability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks, and ensure everyone understands what they're committing to before projects begin.
Serve as a sounding board for contractual concerns, helping teams navigate challenges before they escalated into formal disputes.
Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and systems, creating frameworks that help commercial roles across the division work more efficiently while maintaining the company's strong safety and quality standards.
Qualifications Extensive front-end construction law expertise.
Outstanding communication skills – you can simplify complex legal principles for diverse business audiences.
Experience building productive relationships with senior operational stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills to juggle varied demands from tender reviews to project oversight.
5–7 years' experience PAE.
