Responsibilities
Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude that reflects company values and standards.
Manage booking systems, phone orders and process orders using POS.
Assist with table settings, customer seating and overall dining flow.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum one year experience in a front of house role.
Sound knowledge of POS and table booking systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and weekdays.
A police clearance is required.
