Location: Blackwater or Hervey Bay, QLD
Salary: $42–$68 per hour + super + extra benefits

Responsibilities
- Wound assessment and dressing
- Immunisations and health assessments
- Chronic disease management
- Working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Patient education and health promotion
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Practice nurse or primary care experience (preferred but not essential)
- Skilled in wound care and immunisations
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
