Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
* Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Support the finance team in cost analysis and profitability reporting.
* Help prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.
* Support the preparation and submission of BAS, GST, FBT, PAYG, and other tax obligations.
* Assist in preparing statutory financial statements in compliance with standards.
* Support the team in financial audits and compliance reviews.
About You
To succeed, you will have:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer, Finance Officer, etc.
* CA/CPA enrolled, partial, or full qualification.
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
* Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to improvements.
