You will be the KEY Senior Lawyer of our winning Total Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/Insurance Claims division. As a leader in your close-knit team, you will help seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.
1. Client Instructions: Obtain client instructions and review medical evidence and trust deed/insurance policies to provide technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim.
2. Liaising with Stakeholders: Liaise with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors to brief counsel and attend court/settlement conferences.
