About the Service: Our Medicare Mental Health Services are free and accessible without an appointment or referral. Funded by both Australian and Tasmanian Governments, our centers provide a streamlined approach to better mental health and wellbeing nationwide. The services cater to the needs of the community in Tasmania, offering peer-integrated recovery and clinical support in a safe environment.

Role Overview: The Clinical Manager will provide clinical leadership and management to site-based team members, focusing on delivering excellence in quality care provision and ensuring compliance targets are met. This role works closely with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to drive innovation and quality improvement.

Requirements:

* Mental health-related degree or eligibility for related registration
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or extensive experience as a senior clinician providing clinical support
* Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice
* Highly developed communication skills and ability to engage with consumers and staff
* Experience managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring
* Current C-class driver's license and WWCC eligibility
