Lead Educator Role
Our team is seeking experienced and passionate professionals to play a pivotal role in shaping young minds through high-quality early childhood education and care.
* As a Lead Educator, you will foster children's development by leading a team of educators to implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the centre to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
* Building lasting connections with local communities, schools, and families through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Supporting the centre's commitment to delivering exceptional education and care services.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A relevant diploma or degree in early childhood education and care, or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
* At least one year of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
