We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Lifestyle Team Leader (Full-Time) to join our team, working Monday to Friday. If you’re ready to lead with empathy and create meaningful experiences for our residents, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you’ll take the lead in planning and delivering an engaging lifestyle program that enriches the lives of our residents. You’ll guide a team of Lifestyle Assistants, helping them create moments that matter through social, recreational, and wellness-based activities.
You’ll also be a key connector with the broader community — coordinating entertainment, liaising with volunteers, and building strong ties with groups such as schools, religious leaders, and service clubs.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting residents and informing them about the day’s activities
Welcoming new residents and completing their social profiles and activity plans
Creating monthly calendars and newsletters
Organising community events and external outings
Supporting staff development and participating in continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in diversional therapy or lifestyle programming
Knowledge of care planning and resident assessments
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a small team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current “C” class driver’s license and confidence in transporting residents
High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and empathy for aged care
