Due to a rare vacancy, this company is looking for National Service Manager to manage and develop their service/engineering team.
Reporting to the Managing Director your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the service team - made up of field technicians and service engineers. 8 reports in total.
- Hands-on technical support as needed
- Project manage and work across the business to ensure timelines meet customer needs
- Collaborating with your global and local cross functional internal team - sales, marketing, supply chain, etc
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Biomedical and/or Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Track record of success in a similar role including people management experience
- Medical Devices industry knowledge and understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
