**About the role**
Join our team as a Business and Solutions Training Officer for our Digital Transformation Program, where you will play a pivotal role in developing training materials and programs, as well as facilitating their implementation for major technology software projects. In this dynamic role, you will
- Analyse training needs based on consultation and knowledge of audience work practices and requirements.
- Prepare relevant training documents and videos for self-training.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in practices, optimization of technology, procedures, and recommendations with the aim of providing better service to the client base in line with the organization's values.
**About You**
- Have previous experience in a training environment, including a strong component of training design and training delivery.
- Possess a degree qualification in business, information technology, project management, related field, or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential).
- Have 5+ years demonstrated experience in a training environment.
- Possess a strong background in technology training and change management.
- Have practical experience in a business/government environment.
- Possess advanced problem-solving and decision-making ability, including the ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions, and confidence in working with leaders to resolve high priority, and often sensitive and complex issues and conflict.
- Possess exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, build relationships, and influence others with an engaging approach and technique.
