About the role
* Deliver high-quality, complex dental laboratory technical services across CQ, including performing a diverse range of advanced technical tasks to consistently high standards within a multidisciplinary team.
* Provide strong leadership and operational support as the line manager for Senior Dental Technicians, including mentoring, offering technical guidance, and taking responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.
* Maintain excellent laboratory standards by adhering to service quality requirements, occupational health and safety policies, and infection control procedures, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
* Actively contribute to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and service development by prioritising workload, communicating effectively, and participating in quality initiatives and procedural enhancements to support better patient outcomes.
About you
* Holding a Diploma of Dental Technology or a recognised equivalent qualification is mandatory, and along with this, the possession of demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering high-quality dental laboratory technician services.
* You are committed to continually developing your technical knowledge and skills in dental prosthetics, with the ability to independently solve complex technical challenges to a high standard.
* You possess strong oral and written communication skills and thrive in multidisciplinary team environments, building positive and collaborative working relationships.
* You have a proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to quality improvement and the demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to other dental laboratory technicians.
What we offer
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,042 p.m. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
