Commercial Property Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced sales expert to join our expanding team in Victoria. This role will involve leading the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and establish a high presence in the marketplace
* Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key account clients
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinating with the Marketing department on the marketing & selling of properties
Requirements:
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
* An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
