A skilled Leading Hand or Junior Foreman with a strong trade background is required to join a reputable builder delivering social housing and education projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions.
The role offers a salary of $100,000 – $120,000 + Super and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects.
The Role
* Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
* Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and work schedules
* Maintain a clean and safe site in line with WHS requirements
* Support project delivery on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
* A solid trade background (Carpentry preferred)
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Junior Foreman on commercial or residential projects
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to build rapport with trades, suppliers, and clients
* Current White Card and relevant tickets
