If you are a dedicated and passionate Psychologist looking for a unique opportunity to travel to various locations throughout Qld and Interstate look no further. We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team on a Fly-In-Fly-Out basis, providing crucial mental health support in remote and resource-based locations. The position is currently a part time 2 days per fortnight role with opportunity for additional FIFO locations depending on interest and availability.

We specialise in providing services to safety sensitive and high-risk industries including mining, resources, oil and gas, construction and local government. Key Role Responsibilities
* Individual counselling to support the mental well-being of employees as well as their dependent family members;
* EAP services and mental health promotion;
* Support for leadership teams to assist them to support their employees;
* Delivery of Psycho-education Training programs;
* Crisis intervention and support.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full registration with AHPRA;
* Minimum of 3 years psychology experience required;
* Membership or application for membership in progress with associated professional body AAPi or APS;
* Strong clinical counselling and interpersonal communication skills;
* Demonstrated understanding of working in regional & remote communities;
* Ability to work autonomously in remote locations, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider Gryphon Psychology team;
* Resilience & adaptability to the FIFO work schedule;
* Current Police Check & Blue Card/Working with children Check.
