A rare opportunity for a Real Estate Agent/salesperson to join our established team based in Keith has become available. Prior experience in Real Estate and a current SA (RSR/RLA) registration is essential.
What You'll Do:
* Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to source leads, drive listings and sales of rural, residential and lifestyle properties in Keith and surrounding areas.
* Ensure a high level of customer service and support is delivered to all customers throughout the sales process and ongoing post sale.
* Manage buyer enquiries, perform property appraisals and negotiate agreements.
* Build market intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies relevant to the local market.
* Maintain all industry compliance and legislative requirements in every aspect of the role.
What You'll Bring:
* Ability to engage with and build solid, long‐term customer relationships and succeed in achieving optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
* Self‐motivated, strong negotiator and driven to succeed and achieve tangible results.
* Previous success selling real estate ideally developed within the rural and lifestyle segments.
* Commercially savvy in your approach, professional in your presentation, and demonstrates integrity in all dealings.
* Hold a current sales representative registration or real estate agent licence.
