Our client is an employer of choice, a large commercial builder. They are prominent throughout QLD with a flourishing office on the Sunshine Coast. They have been successful in winning a number of projects and with a solid pipeline of work starting in 2026, this is the time to join them!
Your new role
Your new role will see you managing site safety on multiple projects, depending on their size. You will provide advisory information to Site Management teams, ensuring everyone is on board too. You will work alongside two other Safety Officers in the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team and contribute to their ongoing success.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience with Commercial Construction as a Safety Advisor is essential
* Cert IV in Workplace, Health & Safety is also essential
* The ability to follow systems and implement Hammertech safety system on site is required.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, with offers from $140k base to more a good indicator. This client is renowned in the industry for a great work culture, systems and support. Also, the hours will predominantly be Monday to Friday.
