Leadership Opportunity in Occupational Therapy
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our dynamic team in an acute clinical setting. As a Level 3 Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of clinical specialties, including surgical, medical and rehabilitation services for adult inpatients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage day-to-day staffing, referral allocation and caseload balance.
* Foster effective communication across all staff levels and support clinical decision-making.
* Mentor and supervise team members, providing regular feedback and guidance.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research and health excellence awards.
Requirements:
* Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
* Experienced Occupational Therapist – Level 3 with proven leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage human resources and drive team performance.
