The Company 
Our client based in the Hills District within Greater Western Sydney,and is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Payroll Officer with standalone experience to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Payroll Officer, to join dynamic & supportive firm. This is an ongoing temporary contract, can go permanent for the right person. 
The Role 
- End-to-end payroll processing - fortnightly and monthly 
- Assisting with HR Administration duties 
- Payroll tax reconciliations 
- Maintaining all payroll records 
- Processing and reconciling leave records & accrual 
- Checking and files payroll reports 
- Preparing payroll-related GL Journals for Finance 
- Preparing associated payroll payments, reports and Journals (e.g. PR Tax & Superannuation, Child Support, ESPC) 
- Yearly payroll reconciliations 
- Assisting with bank payments and reconciliation 
**Your Profile**

- End to end payroll experience - can handle both permanent and contract payroll 
- Ability to work independently and manage in a standalone payroll 
- Used a large payroll system such as ADP 
- Open to doing Hr Administration duties 
- Experience dealing with Payroll Tax and Workers compensation 
- Quick learner and excellent communication skills 
- Advanced Excel skills 
- Robust attention to detail
