**About the Opportunity**
Liverpool Drug Health Services is recruiting for an Administration Officer to complement and enhance the current team.

**What You'll be Doing**
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative, patient and clinical support services to facilitate the operation of Drug Health Services across South Western Sydney Local Health Districts.

**Where You'll Be Working**
South Western Sydney is rapidly growing and is a great place for young people and families to build a life. We are close to public transport, a short drive to the beach and the natural wonders of the Blue Mountains and Royal National Park.

The area is growing exponentially with many major shopping centers, great entertainment venues and the development of Sydney's new airport all located within minutes of new housing estates.

**How to Apply**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within a Drug Health Service and/or a similar administration and customer focused role in a complex organisation as an effective and professional team member.
- Understanding of, and commitment to providing excellent customer service and proven ability to maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve in day to day operational matters and initiate action with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to assist senior officers in complex tasks or projects to achieve office and service efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work within a diverse, multidisciplinary team, taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
- Experience using a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems, including, but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, EMR and Health Roster to complete work activities.
- Willingness to travel to other Drug Health sites to meet service needs. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
