This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters passionate about digital delivery. You will support the team in delivering projects across diverse infrastructure and development projects.
Your focus will be on core civil engineering disciplines, including roadworks, stormwater drainage, earthworks, pavements, water, and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand urban development principles, particularly site planning and servicing.
* Work across multiple disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage.
* Familiarity with site grading and level design.
* Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation.
* Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g., Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD).
* Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgment to real-world design constraints.
* Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical).
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering is required, and you must be in your final year or have completed your studies.
* Graduate Year: You must have graduated before starting the program.
* Commencement: Ability to commence work by February 2026 is essential.
