Remote Retail Leadership Opportunity

The role involves stepping in as Store Manager across multiple remote sites, covering leave and vacancies. You will be available to travel on short notice and support stores across varying locations.
Key responsibilities include managing store operations, including team leadership, inventory, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives. You will also coach and mentor Duty Managers and local staff to build capability and performance.
Additionally, you will oversee café/takeaway operations where applicable, ensuring food safety standards are met. Accurate financial management and compliance in-store are also essential aspects of the role.

Required skills and qualifications include minimum 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles, strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management, a flexible, calm, and solutions-focused mindset, ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach, a valid manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain), and full Australian working rights.
While not essential, relevant experience in remote retail or relief management, first aid, food safety, forklift, or 4WD certifications can be beneficial.
