**The Opportunity**:

- An exciting opportunity has become available for a _**Customer Service Administrator** to join our Customer Support Centre located at our Head office in Fairfield. The role reports into our National Customer Support Centre Manager and will have you provide a high standard of support to both our internal and external customers, process parts orders & National administration functions, ensuring effective and efficient operations for the business while adhering to Komatsu Policies and Komatsu Customer Support Charter Standards.

**Salary/Wage Band: $70-$75k per annum**

**Roster: Monday to Friday**

**Role Located: Fairfield**

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- _Microsoft Office Package knowledge essential_
- Microsoft AX 2012 experience desirable (knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Systems is essential)
- _ SAP, CRM, CTI & Excel Experience desirable (knowledge of purchasing system is essential) _
- _Previous parts or mechanical knowledge (Desirable) _
- _Previous experience in a customer service environment_
- _ Able to work public holidays and flexible roster patterns_
- _ Strong troubleshooting skills_
- _ Strong written and verbal communication_
- _ Team focussed with the ability to be involved and interact_
