Job DescriptionThe Stakeholder Relations Administrator reports into the Community Affairs & Communications Manager for the Eva Copper Mine Project in support of the community and stakeholder relations.ResponsibilitiesManage project enquiries, feedback and complaints via the community mailbox and other channels, including dispatching for action and monitoring their resolution and documentation (primarily through Borealis).
Attend to reception duties at the Community Hub, including directing telephone calls to appropriate staff and taking and forwarding messages.Maintain the project's contact database in Borealis - distribution and subscriber lists for email newsletters, press releases, and other communication channels.Update Borealis with stakeholder interactions and meeting notes.Support the Stakeholder Relations team in executing sponsorships, events and the social investment program.Provide logistics support for stakeholder meetings, community briefings, and event coordination.Provide support for updating the project's Facebook page.Provide support for contributing project news to internal channels, including Connect Hub and Connect Weekly.Support the wider Cloncurry-based team with administrative tasks.Manage Eva Copper Community Hub visitors, including access control and sign-in, hospitality, meeting coordination, airport pick-up and drop-off for team members, site visits, and emergency procedures.Support community hub operations, including ordering stationery and provisions, updating the digital display, and managing cleaning and hot-desk coordination.Handle parcels and mail, including making orders, tracking delivery for the Community Hub and Exploration Office.Undertake data entry, reporting and filing.Undertake general administrative duties as required.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to accuracy and detailWell-developed problem-solving skillsGood organisation skills and ability to prioritiseAbility to work independently and use initiativeAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.About The TeamHarmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities.

The mine will have a minimum life of 15 years and will involve mining multiple open-cut pits providing copper-bearing ore to a concentrator.
