About You:
You're an Engineer with a passion for reliability and a track record of improving asset performance in heavy industry. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills and thrive in cross-functional environments.
We're looking for someone who brings:
* A tertiary qualification in Engineering and 3–5 years' reliability experience
* Hands‐on knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM, and criticality analysis
* Ability to interpret condition monitoring data (vibration, thermography, lubrication, NDT)
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a safety‐first mindset
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with the ability to manage competing priorities
