**Role description**:
Provide high level administrative support to our Environment, Waste & Sustainability Business Leader and national team. You will be the primary point of contact for our business unit's internal and external customers. In addition to the standard administrative tasks, you will assist the Business Leaders and our Bid Coordinators in gathering relevant appendices for reports and bid submissions.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Managing the Business Leader's calendar, making appointments and travel arrangements both interstate and overseas.
- Endeavour to assist the Business Leaders and teams with any administrative tasks, promoting efficiency.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel for both business units.
- Organising meetings, including presentation and distribution of the agenda, minutes and supporting documentation, including the organisation of catering, as required.
- Preparing Monthly PowerPoint presentations and coordinating inputs.
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters to both teams.
- Preparing Team credit card reconciliations and expense claims.
- Providing commercial support to project managers and the team, including, Oracle Salescloud and accounts payable support.
- Time Sheet compliance including reporting, maintenance, support and resourcing of team.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Professional services background.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Relevant tertiary or administrative qualifications.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional manner on the phone and in interaction with clients and staff.
