Location: Innisfail & Surrounding Areas
Remuneration: $***** p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement + Employee discounts
About the role
As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes and supporting with daily activities
Providing in-home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
Providing care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan
Supporting participation in community-based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Role Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - Essential
Current Australian driver's licence and own road-worthy insured vehicle – Essential (International Driver's Licences will not be considered)
Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policy
