Ad Tech and Operations Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Ad Tech and Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution and optimization of digital advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of ad servers and business rules to ensure seamless ad delivery in line with global guidelines.
* Manage ad operations across various platforms, including hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and Freewheel.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve compliance and security-related issues.
* Monitor commercial break patterns and ad load to troubleshoot any technical issues that may impact delivery or cause playback interruptions.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in digital video ad operations, data, and ad tech on the media owner side.
* Strong technical understanding of ad serving and platform capabilities, including hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager.
* Proven experience with streaming video services and ad tech integrations, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize ad tech solutions.
* Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and Ad exchanges.
