What’s cooking in our Kitchen:
Due to ongoing business growth, we are on the hunt for a passionate Head Chef to lead our Kitchen Team and continue building on our well known brand. Our ideal candidate would have experience in planning, running and maintaining all aspects of the back of house operations.
Who we are looking for:
* Minimum 5 years leading fast paced, high volume kitchens.
* Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to train the Team.
* Proven experience in supporting processes that create improvements
* Ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, attitude and able to be a team player
* Able to remain calm under pressure, fostering a collaborative and productive team energy.
* Knowledge of Food Service Programs and HACCP preferred.
