Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements, including correct PPE use in accordance with Australian Standards2. Set up and operate woodworking machinery including panel saws, CNC routers, edge banders, drills, and sanders3. Cut, shape and machine timber, plywood, MDF, laminates, and lightweight composite materials4. Read and interpret technical drawings, production sheets, and cutting lists5. Assemble cabinets that meet quality standards6. Ensure components meet quality standards and production tolerances7. Conduct routine quality checks and identify material defects8. Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with 5S principles9. Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily output targets**What We're Looking For**1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Wood Machinist or similar role within cabinetmaking, joinery and manufacturing2. Certificate III in Wood Machining, Cabinet Making, or equivalent trade qualification3. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings4. Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools5. Knowledge of laminates, lightweight panels and composite materials preferred6. High attention to detail and quality workmanship7.
