The Opportunity In this role, your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative support to the management team Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications with accuracy and professionalism Supporting onboarding for new team members Maintaining secure filing, records management and document control systems Covering reception duties, including answering calls, handling mail, and greeting visitors Assisting with coordinating office events and assisting with operational projects Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes About You Prior administration experience is essential Highly organised with excellent time management skills Flexible, adaptable and able to pivot quickly Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proactive and solutions-focused with sound judgement High integrity and commitment to confidentiality This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA ready to take the next step and make a meaningful impact.
