About The Role
Generative AI models are improving quickly, and our goal is to enable them to address specialized questions and achieve complex reasoning skills.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across Earth Science topics, and develop references and task examples.
- Chat Moderation: Address project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially regarding project guidelines.
- Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensure alignment with project guidelines, provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.

Requirements
- Master\'s Degree or PhD in Earth Science or a relevant area
- 5 years of professional experience, ideally as an analyst or in a relevant field
- Advanced English (C1) or higher
- Experience in Generative AI / Prompt engineering / Reviewing
- Experience in Teaching/Training/Lecturing in Earth Science or a related field is a plus
- Willingness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
- Our freelance role is fully remote; you need a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm
