About the Role

Lead our teams, delivering a good different experience to customers. Drive sales targets, own training and development of a close-knit team, and manage day‑to‑day operations.


Responsibilities

* Ensure the store runs smoothly, keeping our customers Australia’s most satisfied.
* Develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain store appearance and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
* Assist the team with registers, shelf filling and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and propose ideas.
* Effectively manage resources, hitting goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members and assist the Area Manager with hiring decisions.


Qualifications

* Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and guide a team to success.
* Exceptional communication skills enabling collaboration and an inclusive work environment.
* Goal‑oriented mindset and dedication to achieving and surpassing targets.
* Adept at making informed decisions under pressure and adapting quickly to change.
* Professional, fair, and responsible approach that nurtures positivity.

* Market‑leading remuneration in the range of $119,500 – $156,900*.
* 45‑hour per week contract.
