Main Job Duties
* Clinical Pharmacy Services: Provide clinical pharmacy services to the Simpson acute inpatient ward, focusing on medication safety improvements and enhanced patient care.
* Oncology Pharmacy Services: Collaborate with cancer care centres in Ballarat and Horsham to provide oncology pharmacy services, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
* PBS Claiming Management: Effectively manage PBS claiming processes, particularly for Efficient Funding of Chemotherapy programs, ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance.
About This Role: As a senior pharmacist, you will play a critical role in the provision of high-quality pharmacy services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
