About The Role
We are seeking experienced Civil Construction Tradespersons/Operators to join our team at Gunther Civil Pty Ltd in Morisset, NSW. This is a full-time permanent position where you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects within the local community.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and maintaining a range of plant and machinery required for civil construction projects
- Carrying out general construction and labouring duties as required
- Reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance requirements for plant and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Civil Construction Tradesperson/Operator, with a strong understanding of plant and machinery operation
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills
