We're looking for an experienced
Strata Manager
to take the lead on a well-maintained portfolio, working mostly from home while staying supported by a collaborative local Canberra team.

What You'll Do
* Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and committees
* Provide expert advice on legislation and best practice
* Prepare and oversee meeting documents, notices, and correspondence
* Attend AGMs/EGMs (only limited after-hours required)
* Liaise with residents, trades, and service providers
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in strata or property management
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
* Sound knowledge of strata legislation (ACT preferred)
* Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
