Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Investigator to conduct investigations into general insurance claims from a home office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyse case documentation
* Arrange and conduct professional interviews with relevant parties
* Record interviews using a digital audio recording device
* Inspect, examine, photograph, and videotape incident/accident scenes
* Obtain and analyse relevant documentation
* Prepare factually accurate, professionally written reports
* Meet stringent timeframes
Requirements:
* Hold a current QLD private security individual licence or be in the process of obtaining it
* Investigation experience preferred
* Hold a current driver's license and vehicle
* Display advanced organisational and time management skills
* Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
* Prior interviewing experience
* Show strong verbal and written communication skills
* Exhibit strong problem-solving skills
* Have strong computer skills including typing at least 60 WPM
