About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Payroll system projects, including data migration from legacy systems. You'll partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, deliver system enhancements, and ensure payroll processes are efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse payroll processes and define functional and technical requirements.
* Lead or support data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of payroll and HR data.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system improvements and process optimisation.
* Support configuration, testing, and UAT for payroll systems.
* Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on payroll system projects, including data migration.
* Strong understanding of payroll processes and Australian payroll legislation.
* Skilled in functional/technical documentation, process mapping, and system testing.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
