As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving results through base salary, commission, and performance incentives. You will also be the trusted face of the project, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and building strong relationships with purchasers, builders, and stakeholders.

2. Being the trusted face of the project, delivering outstanding customer experiences
3. Building strong relationships with purchasers, builders, and stakeholders
4. Providing weekly reporting on sales, market trends, and buyer behaviour
5. Working closely with Sales and Project Managers to enhance project performance
6. Managing contracts, settlements, and CRM (SalesForce)
7. Representing the project at events, builder functions, and networking opportunities
