We're growing and need a reliable internal sales team member who thrives in customer service and enjoys winning sales.
The Role
As a Internal Sales Consultant/Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Your day will include:
* Preparing & sending accurate quotes using our in-house system (full training provided).
* Following up quotes and securing bookings - your conversions directly contribute to bonuses.
* Greeting walk-in customers and handling over-the-counter sales.
* Managing customer service enquiries and coordinating with our operations team to ensure jobs run smoothly.
* Tracking deliveries and keeping customers updated.
* Overall management of the retail store and back-end team.

What We're Looking For
* Permanent Australian work rights (this role is unsuitable for Working Holiday Visa / temporary applicants)
* Full time availability (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)
* Clear, confident verbal and written English.
* Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, pharmacy etc.).
* Enjoys structure, routine, and following processes.
* Reliable, detail-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
* Confident using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
(No freight experience required – we'll provide full training.)
