**About the program**
The Tactical Air Defence Radar System (TADRS) is a deployable tactical air defence radar that enables air surveillance, command and control functions in support of military and humanitarian missions.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the established Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
- Provide QA support to program products and services.
- Present quality-related data in program meetings and reviews.
- Ensure comprehensive audit programs are executed, documented, and compliant with contractual requirements.
- Review quality records, advise management on service improvements, and coordinate trend analysis.
- Promote change management through process improvements and innovation.
- Support external audits, document defects, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Assist with program product reviews, independent assessments, and document/process implementation.
- Contribute to team continuous improvement activities.
**About you**:
- Lead Auditor qualifications, and/or experience in a quality-related role.
**Desirable**
- Business improvement certification, and or experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in Defence Industry
**Special Requirements**:
