A dynamic HRIS Product Manager is sought to lead the implementation of strategic solutions within a global organization.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday configuration and have functional knowledge in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop HRIS solutions that meet business needs.
* Develop project plans using data-driven approaches and ensure adherence to project timelines.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
* Identify test scenarios and provide support in Systems Integration Testing.
* Stay informed of the Workday roadmap and contribute to GPC's Workday strategy.
About You:
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Workday configuration or a related field.
* Functional expertise in one or more HR topic areas.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
