Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project schedules, oversee scope and risk, and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Program Manager, Program Director, Chief Information Officer, and key clinical and operational leaders, to drive successful outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to the realisation of program benefits and long-term improvements in patient care.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing medium to complex technical projects in large multifaceted organisation, with project management qualifications or equivalent. This includes delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining scope.
Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information, exercise independent judgment in a dynamic policy environment, prepare and present reports, and develop creative, business-focused solutions.
Demonstrated organisational skills with experience in high-volume, demanding environments with ability to prioritise, multitask, achieve business goals, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and in a team setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including IT and Health professionals, and facilitating client meetings and workshops.
Proven proficiency in office productivity and project management software, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Visio, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow.
