The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our Canning Vale Branch.
This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee all aspects of branch performance — from financial results and operational efficiency to team leadership, fleet management, business development and customer experience.
You'll have the autonomy to shape local strategy, backed by an experienced regional leadership team who will support your success.
What you'll be responsible for:
Taking ownership of branch performance, including P&L, KPIs, and customer outcomes
Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate operations team
Driving local sales activity and nurturing relationships with repairers, insurers, and partners
Managing fleet, facilities, and logistics to ensure operational excellence
Implementing process improvements and contributing to national initiatives
About You
You're a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
You bring strong commercial acumen, operational discipline, and a genuine desire to build and grow a high-performing team.
Your background might include fleet management, automotive services, car rental, insurance, or claims — but above all, you're someone who:
