About the role
**You will have responsibility for, but not limited to**:
- Receive and process enquiries and complaints in line with the department's Customer Complaints Management Policy and procedure.
- Organise and provide high quality confidential support as well as maintain an effective and efficient filing system.
- Maintain the records management systems utilising Content Manager (CM) and administer the flow of Ministerial and Regional correspondence into and out of the School Operations Unit.
- Develop and maintain management and administrative databases (records management, administration, human resources for the purpose of processing information and ensuring information is readily available to other staff.
In accordance with the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000, a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless the person holds a current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
