What You'll Do
* Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning regimes
* Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies and record usage
* Assist and coach junior team members as required.
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
* Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Experience in commercial or quick-service kitchens
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
* ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
* Team player, punctual and safety-minded
