The Role
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and values-driven team. You'll support clients to build independence, confidence, and everyday function-making a real, lasting difference.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting holistic assessments across functional, sensory, cognitive, and environmental domains
* Developing tailored, evidence-based therapy plans
* Recommending assistive technology and home modifications
* Supporting clients to achieve greater independence in daily living
* Collaborating with families, carers, and allied health professionals
* Preparing high-quality documentation and NDIS reports
* Contributing to a positive, growth-focused team culture
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* Passion for person-centred, evidence-based care
* Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Experience or interest in NDIS, mental health, rehab, or community settings
* Driver's licence, WWCC, and police check (or willingness to obtain)
