As a Marketing Manager for Retail Shopping Centres, you will work directly for one of Australia's leading diversified property groups.
This role is focused on determining and executing effective marketing strategies with a good understanding of commerciality.
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a Centre's Marketing Strategy, developing an innovative and strategic marketing plan, and generating consumer and retailer engagement to contribute to sales growth.
Responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership within the Centre Management team, and building knowledge of retail leasing within the centre.
The successful candidate will have prior marketing experience, supported with tertiary education in marketing or a related field.
They will also have excellent levels of written and verbal communication, able to convey messaging and gain feedback.
Key aspects of this role include managing and analysing marketing data, coordinating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.
