* Maintain accurate records of food safety requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in catering or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety practices.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
Requirements:
* Digital literacy and ability to use relevant systems.
