TEAM PLAYER WANTED TO JOIN A GREAT TEAM
THE ROLE:
This dual role is key to the smooth operation of our business. Working as part of a team of fun-loving and committed colleagues, this role is on the frontline of ensuring our accomodation product is presented to the highest standards for guests. Most of the role iinvolves being part of the housekeeping team and when required, act as up to the "Houseman".
The Houseman role involves:
* managing dirty linen and delivering clean linen by golf buggy to the housekeeping teams. Linen tubs can be heavy to move around, so a good level of fitness and strength helps greatly.
* attending to small ad hoc maintenance requests - if you consider yourself to be fairly handy, this role could suit you
* testing and checking two swimming pools
The Housekeeping role (on the remaining work days) involves working as a team of 2 or 3 cleaners to clean holiday units. Experience in a professional housekeeping environment preferred.

The successful applicant will:
* Already live on the Sunshine Coast
* possess a 'can do' attitude
* maintain a positive approach to life
* be flexible
* have a drivers license and own transport
* Previous housekeeping experience required. Previous experience as a Houseman or handyman is ideal.
* Commitment and the desire to work hard and be recognised for making a fabulous contribution is more highly regarded

Start date:
Training shifts will commence immediately – the successful applicants will go on roster soon afterwards. We expect the successful applicant to be available to work several shifts a week during school holidays, as well as weekend work. Outside of this period we can be flexible towards personal needs when rostering.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.31 – $48.00 per hour
