Job Role
The primary objective of this position is to support the Crown Solicitor in executing and managing the operational activities of their office.
To be successful, the selected candidate will need to possess exceptional organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
The key responsibilities include:
* Preparing all necessary documentation for land acquisitions, purchases, mortgages, or disposals.
* Conducting thorough investigations, searches, and verifications of property titles.
* Drafting and finalizing instruments for vesting properties.
* Attending property settlements.
* Maintaining correspondence with clients and external parties.
The Department of Justice supports reasonable adjustments and encourages diverse applications.
A diploma in business administration or business (legal services) is preferred but not essential.
